Common questions
How often should I clean my aircon in Brisbane?
Brisbane's humidity is harder on aircons than southern cities. Every 12 months for splits, every 12-18 months for ducted. If yours smells musty when it first starts, it's overdue.
How long does it take?
Split: 30-60 mins per unit. Ducted: 60-120 mins. Commercial: depends on unit count — we'll quote time alongside price.
Do you service my suburb?

Can I just clean it myself?
The filter, yes — every month, for $0. Just don't try to wash the coil with kitchen spray, it damages the fins and voids warranties. The coil needs proper chemical + rinse work, that's the bit worth paying for.
When do I pay?
