Why We Exist
ONE THING, DONE PROPERLY
Chilled Out started on Brisbane's Northside in 2019. The idea was simple — clean aircons the way we'd want our own cleaned. Turn up on time, do the whole job properly, and be straight with people about what their unit actually needs.
WE ONLY CLEAN
No installs, no repairs — cleaning is all we do, so it's all we have to be good at. Split systems, ducted runs, boxed units. If your unit needs a fix that isn't a clean, we tell you straight and point you to a licensed refrigeration tech.
WE TELL YOU STRAIGHT
If a unit doesn't need cleaning, we say so — and we don't charge for it. We'd rather you trust us next season than pay for work you didn't need. That's why most of our work comes from people booking us again and telling their neighbours.
WE BACK IT
We're insured, the price is fixed and shown to you before you book, and you don't pay a cent until the clean is done. Jack's direct number is on every invoice — if anything's ever not right, you call it.
