Larger double-storey ducted ($349) — a whole-home deep clean with sanitisation through the duct runs. Where a system hasn't been cleaned in years, that's what clears the musty smell when the AC kicks on.
2× SPLIT · REPEAT CUSTOMER
$218 total
Booked before? Repeat customers pay $109/unit. Two splits, full deep clean on both — cover off, coils pressure-washed, mould treated, drain flushed, photo report. Total $218.
DUCTED + 1 SPLIT
$438 total
Older home with a ducted system plus a split in the converted garage. Ducted single-storey ($249) + 1 split ($189). Full deep clean on both — barrel pull, coil chemical wash, drain flush, sanitise.
On every job, the price is locked in before we start. Nothing added at the end without you knowing.
