Common pricing questions
How much does aircon cleaning cost in Brisbane?
Split system from $89/unit. Most Brisbane homes (2-4 splits) land at $169-$320 total. Ducted systems $299-$499 depending on house size. Commercial and bulk get a custom rate.
Why are some quotes cheaper?
Sub-$70 splits usually mean filter-only "clean" — the tech wipes the front and leaves. That's not cleaning. Real cleaning means the coil — chemical wash + rinse. If a quote sounds too good, ask if they pull and chemical-wash the indoor coil. Most don't.
Do you charge for the outdoor unit?
Included in Premium and Ultimate. For Standard, we'll tell you if yours actually needs cleaning before adding it.
What's the antibacterial fog?
$99 per system. Hospital-grade antibacterial fog through the unit, kills mould spores and the musty smell. Worth it if the AC smells when it first starts, if anyone has allergies/asthma, or it's been 2+ years since last clean.
When do I pay?
After. Always after. We show you the before/after, you confirm you're happy, then we take payment. Card, transfer, Afterpay or Zip — all welcome.
Do you do landlord / multi-property pricing?
Yes. 5+ properties or 10+ units gets a custom bulk rate. Commercial page has details, or just phone us with your unit count.
