These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of air conditioning cleaning services provided by Chilled Out AC Cleaning ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") in North Brisbane and surrounding Brisbane Northside suburbs.

Service Description

We provide professional air conditioning cleaning services including:

• Split system AC cleaning (indoor and outdoor units)
• Ducted AC system cleaning
• Boxed/window AC unit cleaning
• AC health checks and assessments
• Antibacterial treatment and sanitisation

Booking and Scheduling

• Services are scheduled by appointment only
• We provide same-day service subject to availability
• 24-hour notice required for cancellations to avoid fees
• Weather conditions may affect outdoor service scheduling
• Access to AC units must be provided at scheduled time

Pricing and Payment

• Prices are quoted based on unit type and service requirements
• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, card, and bank transfer payments
• Additional charges may apply for difficult access or extra services
• All prices include GST where applicable

Service Guarantee — The Chilled Out Standard

The three guarantees we publish on our website are binding terms of every service:

• Pay after the clean: no deposit. We invoice after the work is done and you have seen the result. If the unit is not noticeably cleaner, quieter and better-smelling, you do not pay.
• On-time guarantee: when you book, you get a set arrival time. If we are more than 60 minutes late, you take $50 off your clean.
• Honest diagnosis: we inspect every booked unit before cleaning it. Any unit that does not need cleaning, we tell you — and that unit is not charged.

The guarantee applies to our workmanship and service quality. It does not cover pre-existing AC system faults. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability and Insurance

• We are fully licensed and insured for your protection
• Insurance covers accidental damage during service
• Pre-existing damage should be disclosed before service
• Liability is limited to the cost of service provided
• Customer responsible for providing safe access to units

Health and Safety

• All technicians follow strict safety protocols
• Eco-friendly cleaning products used where possible
• Work areas will be protected during service
• Customers should inform us of any health concerns or allergies
